The Town of Pinedale is looking for a single software solution to a GIS based asset management approach with Town infrastructure. The Town is seeking Statement of Interest (SOI) letters for said system and its related installation, configuration, data conversion/migration, implementation, and training services to increase staff productivity, and to provide better management of information to the organization’s leadership. The guidelines provided in reference to the SOI are laid out as a foundation to the basic requirements of an asset management system sought by the Town of Pinedale.
Any questions may be submitted in writing and sent via email to spencerhartman@townofpinedale.us or presented in person at Town Hall. General inquiries may be submitted in person, by email or telephone at 307-367-4136 and will only be accepted on or before December 19, 2022, by 4:30 p.m.
Statement of Interest (SOI) letters may be submitted via email to spencerhartman@townofpinedale.us and amysturman@townofpinedale.us and MUST BE in possession of the Town by December 21, 2022 at 4:30 p.m.
All SOI letters and associated promotional materials should be emailed and clearly marked:
"Statement of Interest - Town of Pinedale Asset Management Software System."
