A RESOLUTION SETTING THE LOCATION OF TOWN ELECTION
Whereas, an election to fill the position of three Town Council Members will be held on June 23, 2020; and,
Whereas, the Town Ordinance § 34-3 provides that the place of Town elections is to be set by Resolution; and,
Whereas, the Town Council has determined the location of the election to be held on June 23, 2020;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF PINEDALE, that the election to be held on June 23, 2020 shall be held in the Sublette County School District Number One, Wrangler Gymnasium Commons, 615 North Tyler Avenue, Pinedale, Wyoming.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 11th DAY OF May, 2020.
