The Town of Pinedale Planning and Zoning Commission will hold their regular monthly meeting and a public hearing at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 18, 2024, in the main conference room at the Pinedale Town Hall, 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941.
The purpose of the public hearing is to discuss a subdivision application submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of Redstone Corporation for the Redstone Country Club Commercial Second Addition (Parcel Y) to the Town of Pinedale, to be subdivided into 5 equal lots with a variance request to forego streetlights and sidewalks along the north side of the property along Washington Street.
