Per §400-23, notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Pinedale will conduct a public hearing on Monday, August 14, 2023, at 5 p.m., concerning final approval of the preliminary plat for a subdivision application submitted by Rio Verde Engineering on behalf of Casey Dauwen, Hat Creek Land Co, LLC., regarding Crosswinds Lot Division, Lot 2.
The public hearing will allow for input regarding the subdivision application, and variance requests from Chapter 400 including §400-88 Streetlights, §400-89 Water Supply, §400-90 Fire Hydrants, and § 400-91 Sanitary Sewers.
All persons interested in the proposed action are invited to appear and express their views.
