The Town of Pinedale is conducting a surplus sale by sealed bid. Sealed bids for each item must be submitted per individual item using the official bid form and must be received either in the mail or in person by the Town Clerk no later than 1 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2021, at which time they will be opened.
The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Cash, personal check, business check or cashier's check are the only forms of payment that will be accepted. Payment must be made by 4 p.m. on Friday, April 30, 2021 or the item will be awarded to the next highest bidder.
