Advertisement for Bids

The Town of Pinedale is seeking bids for a new subcompact SUV. As part of the bid, the Town of Pinedale shall include the trade-in of a 2019 Chevrolet Equinox as a bid alternate.

Bids may be submitted in person or by certified mail, UPS, or FedEx. All bids must be received by the Office of the Town Clerk in a sealed envelope by 12 p.m. on April 25, 2025, at the Pinedale Town Hall, located at 205 Entertainment Lane, Pinedale, WY 82941, where they will be publicly opened.

Quotations must be made for vehicles that are in stock or available for delivery no later than May 30, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. Quotes must include the final cost, including purchase, licensing, delivery, and any other applicable fees.

Paper or digital bid documents will be available from Town Hall. The Town of Pinedale will not be responsible for full or partial sets of bid documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Town of Pinedale. The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject any and all bids, waive all informalities, and accept any bid that, in its opinion, best serves its interests.
