Notice is hereby given that the Town of Pinedale is accepting bids to paint the Town Hall interior, located at 205 Entertainment Lane.
Sealed Bids will be received at the office of the Town Clerk, Town of Pinedale, P.O. Box 709, Pinedale, Wyoming 82941 or in person at 205 Entertainment Lane, until Wednesday, January 22, 2025, at 2 p.m. Bids must be delivered according to the bid specifications and will be publicly opened and read at Town Hall.
This project generally consists of prepping, repairing, and painting the interior of the building at 205 Entertainment Lane. The measurements of the building are approximately 100’ x 100’ with the painting of all interior hallways, twenty-two (22) offices, four (4) restrooms, a small conference room, mail room, room, two (2) file rooms, garage, kitchen, and exercise room.
Paper or digital bid documents will be available from Town Hall. The Town of Pinedale will not be responsible for full or partial sets of bid documents, including addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Town of Pinedale.

The Town of Pinedale reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive all informalities and may accept any bid which in its opinion best serves its interests.
